Below is a the Text of the Waiver for Patrons

I have been advised and acknowledge that tight spaces, live animals, and crawling may be part of the experience of the haunted house.
I have been advised and am familiar with the risk of serious personal injury or property damage associated with walking through or otherwise taking part in the program and activities at 13 Stories Haunted house. If I run I understand that this is against the rules and I could hurt myself.
I WILL ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:
- Do not touch any haunt actors or staff at any time
- No running
- Respect other customers and haunt employees; no rude or lewd behavior, defacing property, etc.
- No smoking inside the attractions, or within 15 feet of any structure (per Cobb County Fire Code)
- No flashlights, cell phones, lighters, or flash photography inside the attractions
- I understand and agree that I may have to walk through the haunted house unaccompanied and alone.
I knowingly and freely hereby assume the risk of any personal injury, property damage or loss, and waive and release 13 Stories Haunted House, Allyn Glover Entertainment, LLC., its successors, owners, officers, directors, or employees from any and all liability or claims from personal injury or property damage I may suffer, incur or sustain which could in any way be construed to be connected with, arise out of, or touch upon my participation in the 13 Stories Haunted House program or activities
13 Stories also requires our patrons to adhere to Hauntworld.com's warnings as shown below:
