Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What is a Chicken Ticket?

A: A Chicken Ticket is a flashing pacifier that you must keep in your mouth to be effective. Our monsters and other creatures have been trained to limit their interactions with those that get scared more easily. Chicken Tickets are available on site or online when you purchase admission tickets.

Q: How scary is 13 Stories Haunted House?

A: Extremely. Our scares are designed to be very intense from start to finish.

Q: How long does it take to go through?

A: This is a very hard question to answer as some people walk faster than others. Rest assured if you do the All Access Pass you will be here for up to an hour or more.

Q: How many go through at a time?

A: 6-8 people at a time.  We keep the groups at these numbers to maximize each patron's experience.

Q: Is 13 Stories really 13 Stories tall?

A: No.

Q: Will I be separated from my group?

A: Maybe.

Q: How do I purchase tickets?

A: You can purchase tickets by clicking TICKETS tab at the top of the home page or you can purchase tickets at the door. Our box office accepts cash and plastic (credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).  You avoid ticketing lines when you order online.

Q: How long does it take?

A: That is an impossible question to answer exactly. We can say that it should take you at least 15 minutes for 13 Stories and Clown Haus and another 15 minutes for Zombie Kill. If you walk faster or slower then the times could be dramatically different.

Q: What rules must I follow while visiting 13 Stories?

A: We have a few basic rules which must be followed at all times: 1) Do not touch any haunt actors or staff at any time. 2) Do not bring any weapons, alcoholic beverages, or pets onto the property. 3) Respect other customers and haunt employees; no rude or lewd behavior, defacing property, etc. 4) No smoking inside the attractions, or within 15 feet of any structure (per Coweta and State Fire Code). 5) No flashlights, cell phones or cell phone lights, lighters, or flash photography inside the attractions.  Please view our waiver for more details.

Q: What if we walk up on another group in the haunted house?

A: Slow down to maximize your experience and to social distance.  You will not get the full effect of the attraction if you get too close to the group ahead of you or if a group walks up on your group.   It is easier to see ahead of you so we ask all groups to slow down if you see that you are getting close to the group ahead of you.  This way each scene will have a chance to "reload" and you and your group will get the best experience possible.

Q: Is 13 Stories Haunted House wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes, entirely.

Q: Is there a different admission price for children?

A: No.

Q: How old do you have to be to get into 13 Stories Haunted House?

A: That is up to you.  Many young children have a great time, others will not make it all the way through. Even some adults get too scared to make it through.  We incorporate loud music, strobe lights, fog machines and gory scenes and creatures in our shows.  Please be aware that there are NO REFUNDS if you or a member of your party are too scared to make it through.  EVEN IF you have not started the show.  Once the ticket is purchased there are no refunds.  We provide Chicken Doors throughout.

Q: How old do you have to be to get in to Apocalypse Zombie Kill Experience?

Any age.  Just be mindful that the M4 assault rifles are as heavy as the real thing.  Smaller kids may not be able to make it all the way through with one. Keep in mind that Apocalypse Zombie Kill is only available on select dates. See our Calendar for more info.

Q: Do you offer group discounts?

A: Not usually. For very large groups over 100 people we do offer group rates. In that case email 13storieshauntedhouse@gmail.com.

Regular pricing please see the Tickets page.

Q: Will 13 Stories close if it rains?

A: No.  At 13 Stories Haunted house we have one of the largest buildings in the haunt industry.  We are all indoors.

Q: Are there live rats (snakes, spiders, cockroaches, clowns, chain saws, etc.)?

A: Maybe.  We have "Chicken Doors" throughout for you "chicken" types.  No animals, if inside,  would ever be close enough to bite you.

Q: Will they throw me out of a window?

A: Probably not.

Q: Will I have to sign a waiver?

A: Possibly.

Q: Will we get our money back if we make it all the way through?

A: No. The haunted house that gives you your money back if you make it to the end does not exist.
